The CBC is a great venue for your next function. Whether it’s a corporate event, a meeting or training session, a wedding or even a birthday party.

We keep our venue fees low, so you can spend your money on creating a great event. We can provide some inhouse catering or liaise with other suppliers to make your event special. At CBC, we understand that every function is unique and requires the right equipment to make it a success. Our audio visual equipment comprised of Smart TV’s and bluetooth audio amplifiers are available for use at your next event. Allowing you to cast a photo slide show, videos or a music playlist from your favourite device.

We have a full kitchen,  and of course bar service comes with every function.

TIP! If your function involves a lot of detail, compose it in a word processor first then just copy & paste into our form as plain text.

Remember when booking Barefoot Bowls to allow time for the rest of your function. E.g. if your function is from 12-2pm, book your bowls from 2-4pm.      Terms & Conditions here:

For any group of 50 or more people such as a wedding or corporate event we will open the club outside of trading hours where the club can be hired exclusively but need that number or more to cover bar staff wages etc.  Otherwise bookings under that number will be sharing the club in trading hours.

Cancellation of function more than 2 weeks before booking all monies will be returned. Cancellation of function 2 week or less before the booking the Club will retain the deposit [ monies] for a period of 6 months during which time the money can be used for a new booking or the patron can use the money for a bar tab. After 6 months if not used the money will be forfeited. These conditions do not apply to cancellation due to inclement weather, but can be used as above with existing conditions otherwise monies will be refunded.

A non refundable deposit of 50% of your total function costs or $200 (whichever is greater) must be paid 2 weeks prior to your function. Should you need to cancel your event within these 2 weeks, the deposit can be allocated to a function on another date  or used as a bar tab within 6 months of the original date after which time the monies will be forfeited.
